1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to legal transactions between Pizzeria 4 U and the responsible pizza delivery service for the corresponding delivery area (hereinafter "Pizzeria 4 U"), as well as their customers in the context of order facilitation through the website pizzeria4u.fasteat.ch. The services provided by Pizzeria 4 U through the pizzeria4u.fasteat.ch online ordering service are solely offered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs"). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the T&Cs. Pizzeria 4 U reserves the right to change the T&Cs at any time. The version of the T&Cs published on pizzeria4u.fasteat.ch at the time of the order is decisive.

3. Order and Delivery

4. Prices and Payment

6. Duty of Care of the Customer

Pizzeria 4 U reserves the right to verify the information and exclude individuals who disregard the T&Cs from the online ordering service.
